Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting an enquiry form on this website, I act freely, voluntarily and in my own interest and consent to sole proprietor Daniil Yatsenko (details are stated in the website footer; the “Operator”) processing my personal data under the terms below and in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

What data is processed and why

This consent covers the data I enter into the form: a contact method (Telegram handle or email address), a description of the task and an indicative budget. The purpose is to contact me about the enquiry, discuss the task, prepare a proposal and perform the agreed work.

Permitted processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, all by automated means. The enquiry is first written to Yandex Object Storage in the Russian Federation (region ru-central1). After this primary record is created in Russia, the Operator receives a notification in Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which constitutes a cross-border transfer of data.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until its processing purposes are achieved or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Operator using any method listed on the contact page. More information is available in the privacy policy.
