How we work
We take on the whole job, from core logic and payments to launching on the server. Development, design and client communication are handled by different people on the team, and we keep the messaging human: plain language, no tech jargon.
We name a deadline and hold it. The date and price are fixed in the proposal before work starts, and they don't drift along the way.
We think in business, not just code. A product should make money or save it, not merely "work." If a feature doesn't pay off, we'll say so plainly. That's what happened with the repricer and the CRM, where good-looking features got cut because the numbers didn't add up.
We design for real people. We look at the product through the user's eyes, not the developer's: where they'll get stuck, what they'll abandon halfway, what they won't grasp without a hint.
We see it through. Most of our attention goes where projects usually die: taking payments, granting access, and getting to production.
